We are seeking a passionate and driven Client Success Manager with prior experience in manufacturing supply chain and B2B SaaS software to join our entrepreneurial team, to become a true partner to our clients on their journey of adopting our new technology. A Client Success Manager will be responsible for our clients’ success and satisfaction with our costing solution, for providing support, for maximizing usage/utilization, for driving product improvements based on clients’ feedback, and, ultimately, for client retention.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our product application.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and support, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Proactively monitor client usage and engagement with the platform to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and address any issues or roadblocks.
  • Advocate for client needs, communicate with Product Development team and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Integrate digital adoption tools, create and maintain documentation and resources to support client education and self-service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within manufacturing supply chain and B2B SaaS software, preferably in Client Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Successful track record in attaining client satisfaction and proven ability to convert client relationships to revenue, through upselling/cross-selling of technology or value-add services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to anticipate and address client needs within their manufacturing supply chain.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant tools within the supply chain and manufacturing technology sectors.
