We help manufacturing companies understand the true cost of manufacturing custom-designed products and components across the globe and reduce their procurement cost, sourcing cycle time, and new product introduction time to market. We provide detailed cost insights of custom design parts for buyers and suppliers, a secure collaboration platform, and a marketplace to collaborate on cost. We have a working product and are currently piloting the product with a few select large enterprise clients.

We seek experienced Senior AI/ML Engineers (Part-time and Full-time) with expertise in developing AI/ML solutions to join our engineering team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computational statistics. This role involves designing and implementing algorithms and models.

Responsibilities
  • Machine Learning Model Development:
    • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that address real-world business challenges.
    • This includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Explore and analyze large datasets to identify valuable insights and trends.
    • Use statistical techniques and data visualization to convey findings effectively
  • Algorithm Optimization:
    • Continuously optimize machine learning algorithms for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Data Pipelines:
    • Create and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
  • Model Evaluation:
    • Establish rigorous testing and validation procedures to assess model performance
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Al/ML developing advanced solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, C++, or similar,
  • Proficiency in using machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
We value
  • Experience in manufacturing and supply chain a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data and
    identify cost drivers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present cost analysis findings
    and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
