Gautam’s vision for launching True ValueHub was born out of 20+ years of experience in the manufacturing supply chain. In leading strategic sourcing and digital transformation teams at Honeywell, Hexion and Daikin North America, time and time again, Gautam faced the challenges of meeting company productivity targets with limited resources. At Honeywell, Gautam managed the global category team across 12 countries.
Gautam’s background in engineering with a deep understanding of complexity of strategic sourcing and a passion for innovation. He implemented strategies and technologies for procurement cost optimization, supplier value engineering, supplier risk mitigation and sourcing lead-time improvements. Gautam has held a variety of leadership roles in digital and functional transformation, strategic sourcing and lean six sigma.
Gautam has BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering, an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, and is a certified Lean Sigma Black Belt.
Over her 25-year-long career in technology and finance, Sophia has always been at the forefront of innovation. She deployed complex solutions for industrial, financial, healthcare and defense clients, enabling B2B e-commerce for DuPont, digitalizing insurance claim submissions via EDI for NEHEN, or outsourcing back office for the multi-billion dollar private wealth management business of Deutsche Bank.
As a portfolio manager at the Tuckerman Group, a small, entrepreneurial investment firm, Sophia was responsible for 35 funds with $10 billion in assets of State Street Global Advisors. She grew the franchise ~30% per year and launched the first-to-market International Real Estate ETF (RWX) that raised $1 billion in assets in only six months.

Sophia holds an MBA with concentration in finance from Columbia University.
Dr. Hamid Benbrahim has been instrumental in developing and implementing AI/ML and big data strategy for costing automation to leverage vast amounts of data including part specifications, manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and international trade data.
Dr. Benbrahim was previously the Head of Data and AI at Thomas, the primary source for industrial sourcing the US and Canada. He was leading the company transformation into a data business, developing new indexes and alternative data products, deploying AI and analytics capabilities. His experience spans over two decades in advancing business strategy with big data, machine learning, and systems thinking. He held senior leadership roles CEO of Natural Numerix, Chief Data Scientist at TD Ameritrade, and the Head of Applied Complexity Research at Fidelity.
Hamid Benbrahim holds a PhD in Engineering and Machine Learning from the University of New Hampshire. He filed 9 patents and holds one on dynamic call routing.

Gary Papilsky has been practicing business and corporate law for over 25 years, as a co-founder and General Counsel of technology startups and publicly traded companies.
Gary is an advisor to Rollick, Inc., where he was one of the founders and served as General Counsel and SVP Administration. Previously, he was the General Counsel at A Place for Mom and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Dealertrack, a global SaaS company providing software to automotive dealers. He co-lead Dealertrack through a decade of rapid growth, from $225 million to over $1.3 billion in annual revenue, and through 20+ acquisitions and the sale to Cox Automotive for over $4 billion.
Earlier in his career, Gary served as Associate General Counsel at Garter, an IT research consultancy, and as General Counsel of Predictive Systems, a network consulting company.
