This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and secure your personal information when you visit our website (www.truevaluehub.com) (“Site”), use our cloud-based software (“Software”), engage with our consulting services (“Services”), or use the True ValueHub Cost Analysis Tool (“Tool”). By using our Sites or submitting information to us, you acknowledge and understand the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our services to you.
Information You Provide:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name.
- Information you submit through our website forms, including inquiries, feedback, or requests for demos.

- Design files, including two-dimensional sketch files and three-dimensional CAD files, that you upload through the Cost Analysis Tool, together with all design data, geometry, and metadata contained in those files (“Uploaded Files”).

- Usage data, such as access times, pages viewed, features used, and browsing activity on our website.
- Device information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device model.
- Geolocation data, derived from your IP address, which may identify your general geographic location (such as city, state, and country.)

- With respect to Uploaded Files specifically: generate the automated cost analysis estimate you requested; improve, develop, and train the Tool and related services; and derive anonymized or aggregated datasets for internal analytical and product development purposes. The Tool uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to process Uploaded Files and generate cost estimates.
3. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate our Site, provide our Software and Services, and perform marketing activities. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential, use it only as directed by us, and implement appropriate security measures.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect user safety.
- Business Transactions: We may disclose your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business assets. We will notify you if your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy as a result.
- Uploaded Files: We will not sell or license your identifiable Uploaded Files to third parties. Uploaded Files may be shared with third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Tool, subject to confidentiality obligations. Anonymized or aggregated derivative data derived from Uploaded Files is not subject to this restriction.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specific retention periods include:
- Account information: Retained for the duration of your account and for 3 years following account closure.
- Contact form submissions and inquiries: Retained for 2 years from the date of submission.
- Usage and analytics data: Retained for 13 months on a rolling basis.
- Uploaded Files (Cost Analysis Tool): Retained for 12 months from the date of upload, after which the original file will be deleted. Anonymized or aggregated data derived from Uploaded Files may be retained indefinitely.
- Sales call recordings: Retained for 12 months from the date of the call.
When your information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in a secure manner.
5. Telephone, Email, and Text Messages
By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by us via telephone, email, and text message regarding our Software, Services, and promotional offers. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us directly.
6. Recording Sales Calls
We may record sales calls for training and quality assurance purposes. We will notify you at the beginning of the call if it is being recorded.
7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights regardless of your state of residence to the extent reasonably practicable.
Rights Available to All Users:

- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

- Opt out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, with a single 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. Notification will be provided in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement and the steps necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore reasonable data security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, vendor security assessments, etc. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. With respect to uploaded files, you are responsible for ensuring that files you submit do not contain sensitive information beyond what is necessary for the cost analysis, and you should not upload files containing export-controlled technical data, trade secrets you are unwilling to have retained, or classified information. By using the Tool, you represent and warrant that no uploaded files contain information subject to export control restrictions or classified “Confidential,” “Secret,” or “Top Secret” by any government agency.
11. Links to Third Parties
We may provide links to third-party websites from our Site as a service to our users, but we have no ability to control, nor are we responsible for, the privacy and data collection, use, and disclosure practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of such websites before providing them with any information.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes — including changes to how we collect, use, or share Uploaded Files — we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy and, where required by law or where the change is material, by providing additional notice such as an email notification or a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued use of our Site or services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
